SilverSneakers® – (Muscular Strength, Range of Motion) Designed for participants age 65 and over, this class moves through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living (ADL).  Handheld weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated or standing support.

PiYo – Build your strength, flexibility, and conditioning with this class.  Great for the mind and body, yoga will help you stretch the stress away and feel better inside and out.  Please bring a mat.
